Stress And Headache…The relationship is admitted. If you are stress free, you are headache free. If you do not know how to manage the stress, you will never know how to manage the headache
indeed.

When I talk about treating stress, instead of beating about the bush, I will straightaway come to the brass tracks. To lead a stress free life, there is no other method, which is better than
meditation.

Reading hundreds of books on stress management will not equal your doing two hours actual meditation. Do not believe my words. Actually do and experience. As for the actual techniques of
meditation, it is not simply sitting in a corner, in a dark room, and gently closing the eyes. You need to practice meditation after knowing the techniques from the Perfect Master. If you don’t do
it properly, you will not get the desired results.

Your stress has blindfolded headache. Left to itself, it wishes to go away, as quickly as possible. Without the pressure and compulsion of stress, the headache cannot stay with you even for a
while!

Music has a soothing effect on most of the listeners. This is due to the fact that it sends into the atmosphere around you, the positive vibrations. At the end of a grueling day, when you are
tired and exhausted, if you listen to the melodies, your stress emanating cells get refreshed. The music help the stress melt away. With no stress in you, where is the scope for headache?

If you have stress and headache both, and when you think, which one has to leave you first, the vote goes in favor of stress. If you are able to deal with the stress effectively, the headache
will go as a natural corollary. Because, stress is all pervading entity. Its effects on you could be at the physical, mental and emotional levels.

Unless your headache comes under the category of medical attention demanding one, in which case you need long term medical treatment, it has to leave you, just by your understanding the causes
that led you to have the headache.

So, if stress rises, headache also rises. If stress falls, the headache also falls!
